You’ve taken the first step! Our goal is simple, really. As real estate Consultants, we wish to offer you our time, experience and expertise. Our focus is on you and our primary function is to ensure that your real estate experience transpires with ease; that the information is clear, with continuous communication between us...and most importantly, that we have the ability to empathize with your needs. To treat you as we would expect to be treated in this fast-paced world, where customer service is fading fast. Remember, we are consumers too!
Our team consists of Nicole and Heather (licensed in the industry since 1997 and 1999), Crystal, our Full Time Assistant, and Rhonda, our Support Staff. We specialize in all aspects of residential, commercial, recreational and farm real estate.
Our area is not limited to Grey and Bruce, but we primarily cover Hanover, Walkerton, Mildmay, Chesley, Neustadt, Durham, etc. We are not limited to selling our own listings. We are on the MLS system, which means we can show and sell ANY company’s listing.
We are a full-service, one-stop shopping organization and can help you find a financial advisor, home inspector, insurance broker, etc. We do not get a finder’s fee for this; we refer the folks who have done an excellent job for us in the past!
Although real estate is a serious business, where the stakes can be high, we do appreciate a sense of humour, so this is a requirement when dealing with us! We’ve been doing this for a long time! We know when to put our poker faces on!
